The volley boys have returned having survived the thirty-one hour flight home from Nice, France to Sydney, Australia, after their three-week sojourn through the South of France, Cinque Terre in Italy, Lake Como and Switzerland.
Over the three weeks they have flown more than 33,000 kilometres, driven more than 2500 kilometres and walked at least 500 kilometres.
They have seen beautiful people, beautiful places and beautiful boats and cars. They tasted great food and experienced wonderful companionship.
They drove the route à corniche in the south of France, from Lake Como over the Susten Pass in the Swiss Alps and down through the mountainous region of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, in France, to enjoy a coffee in St Tropez.
They visited the Cannes Film festival, the Monaco Grand Prix, walked the Cinque Terre trails and met travellers from all nations. They were more than welcomed by the French and Italians whose countries they visited. All in all they had a fantastic time.
Over the next few weeks they will share their experiences and their enjoyment of their holiday with you.
