Well I’m up for a risk so when you start a walk where the sign reads. “access beyond this point at own risk” you know you’re in Indiana Jones territory.

If you’ve ever seen Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, you might recall the scene where Harrison Ford runs down a tunnel and a large boulder rolls after him.

Well, here at Gosangs tunnel you’ll get a chance to re-enact the scene yourself except the tunnel is a fault line about 2 metres wide and a little over a metre high and there’s no boulder following you.

The tunnel is a real tight fit and that was scary with the only logical way to get through being to crawl on all fours across the rocky surface which is a bit rough on the knees. It’s a good walk for short people.

The tunnel, about 30 metres long, opens onto a large platform walled by 50 metre cliffs, with amazing views of the coastline.
