Sydney has had some superb autumn weather this weekend. March, April, May is autumn in Australia and it’s the quieter and less expensive relation of summer. It’s not so in your face as December, January, February but the weather’s still fine for the beaches that line the eastern coast.

Whatever takes your fancy; walking, a harbour cruise, surfing, visiting the National Park or driving to the Blue Mountains. The weather can be changeable and it will probably rain all next week so just go out and give it a go whilst the days of brilliant sunshine are with us.

I chose surfing, bike riding, fishing and coffee. It was a great weekend. Saturdays and Sundays are much better than week days.
