Let the fireworks begin.
Nearly two million people packed around the harbour foreshore to see Sydney’s New Year fireworks.
They say another 1.1 billion people around the globe watched the spectacular fireworks on TV.
And then for the lucky few who gain a prized front row position by managing to get aboard one of the 2000 boats moored in the many picturesque coves.
This year I was one of the lucky few and was invited out on a friends’ yacht for BBQ lamb, fine wine and friendship to say good-bye to 2013 and welcome to 2014.
Twenty fourteen will be my best year ever. I hope it will be good for you too.
