I just love these deep-orange coloured tangelos. Never heard of a tangelo, well it’s a cross between the grapefruit and the mandarin. It’s a citrus fruit and is very juicy, easy to peel and quite sweet to taste.
They’re great for a fresh breakfast, peel and segment tangelos then toss together with sliced strawberries and mint leaves. Swirl runny honey through natural yoghurt and serve with fruit.
