THE ROAD HOME

the road home

There’s a rush of cold wind across Mt Butler. The leaves have faded and fallen. I will not see these fields nor this dusty road again. I will go round the world and back on the long road home.

  2. I agree with Cheryl–you leave us guessing with this one. I am happy to be in the middle of summer here in the States though; all the trees have leaves and everything is green.
